Job Description
Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is searching for a Customer Service Manager in the banking industry, based in Portland, Oregon. This role is focused on managing daily branch operations and maintaining high service levels. As a Customer Service Manager, you will lead a team of Tellers and Customer Service staff, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including management of Tellers and Customer Service staff.
• Manage hiring processes, staff reviews, and counseling.
• Ensure branch compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Prepare the branch for internal audits.
• Monitor and coach staff to achieve high service levels.
• Respond to complex customer complaints and questions.
• Open and close the branch as needed.
• Communicate and manage promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, Cobra Administration, and Communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred• Demonstrated proficiency with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Ability to utilize Cisco Webex Meetings for communication and collaboration
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong auditing skills
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Experience with Cobra Administration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
