We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brevard, North Carolina. As a part of this role, you will be tasked with handling inbound and outbound calls, enrolling new customers onto our services, and identifying opportunities for repeat orders. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing the chance to gain extensive experience in customer service within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Enroll new customers onto our services, providing them with detailed information about our products and offerings
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for repeat orders
• Update and maintain accurate customer records using our company systems
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Research and resolve discrepancies regarding customer orders, communicating the outcome to the customer when necessary
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our company’s product offerings and policies
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
• Demonstrate proficiency in using personal computers, hardware, and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Assist the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and ongoing training.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Accurate data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and organize data effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents efficiently
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all orders are accurately recorded and processed
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing time and resources efficiently
