We are seeking multiple candidates for a one day, 6-hour shift on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024. Hours will be 4 PM-10PM. Please see below for further information and dress code for the event.


This role entails working as support staff at the grand opening celebration of a large well-known retailer’s new location – attendees of the event will be the staff and executives. 

 Assist with Station Service and handing out items to guests. Water bottles, merch…

  • Clearing Small Messes: Proactively identify and address minor messes or spills to maintain a clean and presentable event space.
  • Trash Management: Assist in taking out trash bags and maintaining a tidy area for disposal.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of service and address any guest requests or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, aiding as needed, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to assist where needed!

You will be on your feet the entire time, please plan accordingly!

 

Dress Code:

  • White button up shirt with full length sleeves (non-sheer)
  • black slacks or long skirt (knee length or longer)
  • black or white shoes (closed toe, no sneakers, no heels)

• Role: Customer Service Representative

• No minimum years of experience required, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

• Must have the ability to answer inbound calls effectively and professionally

• Experience or familiarity with call center customer service is preferred

• Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to handle customer queries and complaints

• Data entry skills are essential, with a focus on accuracy and speed

• Must be able to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required

• Should have the ability to handle order entries accurately and efficiently

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively
