General Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant environment. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage shift operations, ensuring that all staff are trained and adhere to company policies and procedures. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash management processes, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting. Coordinate banquet services and special events to enhance customer experience. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company standards. Requirements Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong skills in shift management with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail. Knowledge of inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
