We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this role involves managing various aspects of property management, business operations, and investor relations. This role will be carried out in an office environment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle and manage investor relations and reporting.
• Use AppFolio to input dollar amounts for investor distribution.
• Assist in the planning and execution of annual conferences.
• Oversee the management of properties across various states.
• Use CRM and Concur for administrative tasks and calendar management.
• Maintain and update social media accounts as part of the marketing strategy.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Keep precise records of customer credit.
• Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.• Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrated expertise in Calendar Management, including scheduling and organizing meetings
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience coordinating and managing Conference Calls across different time zones
• Ability to manage Correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails on behalf of the executive
• Proficiency in using AppFolio software for property management
• Experience in Investor reporting, including preparation of financial summaries and performance reports
