We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Chevy Chase, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's calendar with discretion, prioritizing essential tasks and meetings
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the CEO
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and completing expense reports using software like SAP
• Track and manage the CEO's priorities, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance productivity
• Facilitate alignment with internal leaders and staff by maintaining clear communication channels
• Provide support for the CEO's external relationship management
• Ensure the CEO is prepared for key internal and external meetings, handling necessary follow-ups
• Coordinate, manage, and execute various assigned or ad-hoc projects, ensuring that project plans, tasks, schedules, estimates, and status updates are maintained
• Reconcile the CEO's key accounts, ensuring all internal records, receipts, and transactions are accurate and properly documented
• Handle confidential and non-routine information professionally, explaining administrative policies when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
