Job Description
Executive Assistant to CEO
Our client, a professional services firm in the Plymouth Meeting area, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
This opportunity is onsite four days a week.
Responsibilities
Be a true gatekeeper to the CEO – calendar management, correspondence on their behalf, understand priorities
Schedule internal and external meetings across all time zones
Act as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Complete complex administrative tasks/projects quickly and with autonomy
Demonstrate good judgement about which situations are urgent and require quick action. Act without having to know the total picture.
Manage complex executive expenses
Coordinate complex travel arrangements
Arrange private travel arrangements
Manage the processing of invoices
Partner with Human Resources to plan events
Be an advocate for the Executive Assistant team
Plan quarterly Board of Directors meetings and Shareholders meetings
Qualifications
7+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive within professional services
Positive and personable
Exemplary planning, time management, and work prioritization abilities
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
A passion to learn, to contribute and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions
Discretion and confidentiality
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Zoom
