Our client is a highly renowned fashion co. based in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team on site in Midtown, Manhattan. This position will manage HR-related projects and provide a high level of executive support to the Senior Vice President. This is a highly strategic role where you will act as the executive's right hand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar and email and provide timely responses and follow-up
  • Prepare and file documents as well as perform other administrative duties
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Schedule and organize meetings (ex: prepare agendas, materials and presentations, take meeting notes)
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Manage HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy implementation, and engagement initiatives, from end-to-end
  • Find areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare detailed HR analytics reports by analyzing metrics like employee satisfaction, turnover, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and other regulations
  • Help update and develop new policies
  • Manage relationship with vendors, contractors, and other external partners

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years of experience as executive assistant to Chief People Officer or HR project manager
  • Experience supporting executives preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Certification in Human Resources preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP Next Generation)
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience
