Job Description
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving growth in a designated sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients within your territory.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the needs of your territory, focusing on client acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
Travel: Travel 3-4 days a week to client sites, meeting with potential and existing clients to build relationships and understand local market dynamics.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system, providing regular updates on progress toward sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in territory sales with a strong track record of client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to track sales activity and manage client relationships.
Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week within the designated territory to meet clients.
Bachelor's degree required.
