About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead and manage all aspects of its water distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and daily management of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality drinking water to commercial and residential customers in an efficient and profitable manner. This role involves overseeing operations and maintenance, engineering, finance, administration, human resources, and sales and customer service. The Executive Director will work in coordination with the Board of Directors to develop and implement policies, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage the company's financial resources. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for public administration, business administration, engineering, or environmental science. A minimum of 5 years' experience in water distribution and 7 years' in a management role is required.
