About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Institute Community and Equity Office (ICEO). The successful candidate will be a key strategic liaison, working with a diverse range of stakeholders to advance the company's vision for inclusive excellence. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years' related experience, and a proven track record in building and implementing innovative cultural change initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, equity, well-being, and community building. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading the continuous advancement of the Strategic Action Plan for Belonging, Achievement, and Composition at both the Institute and local levels. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, as well as the ability to cultivate partnerships in a diverse community. The role involves organizational and operational oversight of the ICEO, including strategic planning, execution, and supervision of programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, leading projects, and the ability to assess and analyze data to influence action. A strong background in handling confidential information with discretion is essential. While not mandatory, an advanced degree and knowledge of a university environment are preferred. The position may require intermittent extended work hours to participate in campus life activities.
