Salary: $200,000-$237,000
Essential Functions:
Lead the staff effort for creating and updating the Business Unit Five Year Strategic Plan. Prepare Annual Sales Forecast for Business Unit Annual Budget. Prepare and Execute Annual Bookings Plan for the Business Unit Annual Budget. Responsible for managing International and Domestic Accounts for the Business Unit, either directly or through the Business Unit Sales Force including Distributors & Sales Representatives. Lead and manage the Business Unit's Sales Force on a daily basis regarding bookings, customer forecasts, customer issues, quote approvals, and general interface. Develop and maintain customer relationships to better support our customers' needs and uncover new business opportunities. Responsible for driving New Business activities to include proposals, source selection, and negotiations while adhering to the AS-9100 NPI Phase Gate process. Assess market needs, understand how they relate to company product capabilities, and develop market-specific strategies and business plans. Support the development and execution of technology roadmaps.

Requirements:
5+ years of management experience with responsibility for the productivity or development of others. 10+ years of sales experience in Commercial and/or Defense and Aerospace. Significant experience with design-to-spec fluid control valves; hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and/or pneumatic actuation and associated systems; DC Brush & Brushless motors and/or other products or systems of similar scope. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple activities within the Sales and Business Development team in a dynamic environment. Proven track record of working across functional groups in a Team environment. Must possess solid analytical skills, process discipline, business analysis, and solution-driven thinking. Broad knowledge of business and technology trends across multiple markets. Demonstrated proficiencies in presentation, communication, writing, and facilitation skills. Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Willingness to travel ~30% or as required.
