The ideal candidate will have experience creating curricula for widely distributed workforces and employ a highly strategic methodology to link L&D programs to succession planning and performance management while aligning with organizational goals. Refine and expand the L&D initiatives, leveraging current strengths and incorporating industry best practices Develop and implement a standardized, enterprise-wide approach to L&D, that integrates with performance management, supporting a holistic talent strategy Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and proactively design L&D programs that align with business goals Oversee leadership development and succession planning for employees in the organization's corporate office Lead the organization's L&D technology strategy and infrastructure Build out the organization's L&D curriculum and facilitation methods, ensuring accessible programs that foster skill development for employees at all levels Direct and support the L&D team, promoting a collaborative environment that delivers high-quality results Serve as a coach and advisor to senior leaders throughout the organization Leverage data and analytics to define metrics that measure program ROI and impact Qualifications Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in L&D or talent management Bachelor's degree required Expertise in L&D with a strong grasp of best practices Proven ability to develop and implement standardized, enterprise-wide L&D strategies aligned with performance management Experience collaborating with senior leaders to design L&D programs that support business objectives Proficient in L&D technology strategy and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong analytical skills to measure program ROI and make a business case for initiatives
