As part of our executive team, you will have a direct influence on advancing this mission by driving fundraising and development strategies that foster positive change in the lives of youth across our region.

As the Chief Development Officer, you'll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Advisory Councils, playing a key role in shaping the future of our organization. You'll lead a talented team dedicated to fundraising and grant management, and you’ll engage with major donors to help ensure we continue to be a force for good in the community.
You’ll also have the chance to:
Develop innovative fundraising strategies, from major gifts to capital campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations.
Lead grant management efforts to secure vital resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership : Guide the Resource Development team and act as a visionary for future fundraising initiatives.
Fundraising : Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns.
Grant Management : Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Administration : Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department.
Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of development and grant professionals.
What You’ll Bring:
A
Bachelor’s degree
is required, with a
Master’s degree
preferred.
Proven success in
fundraising , including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing.
Stellar communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performing team.
A passion for our mission and a commitment to driving positive change.
