Glen Raven is recruiting for an Executive Assistant which will provide critical support to the Executive leadership team, making a significant impact on our Executive, Finance, and Legal teams. This role requires highly-developed interpersonal skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and a solution-oriented approach. Given the nature of the work, this position demands a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive external communications with care.

Responsibilities: Assist Glen Raven corporate team with special projects, conduct research, and gather pertinent data for document preparation and reporting
Supports the Executive Team + Inc / LLC Boards in meeting planning, scheduling and communications
Supports CEO, CFO, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) by executing special projects, presentation development and other assistance as needed
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
Education and Experience: Minimum of bachelor's degree
5-10 years relevant experience
Ability to effectively communicate verbally with high-level executive leadership in all facets of an international organization
Comfortable communicating with and providing support to international affiliates
Discretion in dealing with confidential matters
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong Collaborator
Ability to organize and manage projects
Ability to quickly and effectively communicate orally and in writing
Strong computer skills in all tools within a Microsoft environment
Ability to prioritize and support competing work requirements in a dynamic work environment
