Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting discovery.2. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.3. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes favorably and cost-effectively.5. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws, court procedures, and legal precedents relevant to civil litigation.6. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop litigation strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.7. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and advising them on potential legal risks and strategies.8. Develop and maintain professional relationships with other attorneys, judges, and court personnel.9. Participate in continuing legal education to stay updated on changes in laws and legal practices.Qualifications1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.3. Admission to the state bar.4. Proven experience in representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.5. Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.6. Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.7. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, other attorneys, and court personnel.9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.10. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.11. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.12.
