We are currently seeking a
Vice President of People and Culture
to lead and provide overall direction and guidance to the HR department. This person will be a trusted advisor and business partner to the company's senior leaders, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues, and providing guidance on managing complex employee relations matters.

As the VP of Human Resources, you will foster and maintain a world-class hybrid work environment and lead all of the HR talent management and development functions including HR strategies, policies, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, recruiting and employment, employee relations, HR systems, training, and planning. The VP of HR reports to the CEO.
Integrate and nurture the culture across global offices, evangelizing the organization as "one team". Lead global staff development activities for all employees with a focus on strengthening employee engagement. Manage a dynamic and diverse global HR team, fostering collaboration, cultivating talent, and driving excellence in people operations. Implement and maintain standardized processes for performance reviews and salary review. Manage legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversee all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
