Service Desk Engineer

A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to. This is a technology concierge position, and you will be receiving tickets from Colleagues. Your responsibilities include imaging computers, shipping and receiving, working and resolving request tickets, equipment inventory and validation. This is an onsite position, in their Desert Ridge location.

- Experience supporting MAC - 1-3 years of Help Desk and/or Desktop Support experience ideally in a large organization (1,000+ staff)
- Imaging experience
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Strong application troubleshooting (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
- Networking troubleshooting (network connection diagnostics, VPN)
- Active Directory
- Edge & Chrome troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
