TCG is pleased to offer remote employment in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA (excluding the City of Philadelphia), SC, TN, UT, VA, WV, and WI.

Either US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to and pass a background investigation.

In this role you will be expected to contribute to corporate growth by contributing to and leading new contract wins. This position is ideal for someone relatively new to federal business development or entrepreneurial project delivery staff with client relationships and interest in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to business development and capture plans that secure new contracts within targeted accounts in support of annual corporate revenue goals. Nurture relationships with decision makers in target agencies to drive new contract wins and revenue Manage the opportunity pipeline for accuracy and currency of data Participate in the full life cycle of business development, capture, and proposal activities associated with target opportunities Participate in and collaborate with proposal development teams to articulate TCG's value for each opportunity Collaborate with delivery personnel to ensure successful post-award contract execution REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum of 4 years in the government IT industry in sales support or technical delivery roles Proven experience in the application of sales methodology, technique, and best practices Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and lead problem resolution efforts in a fast-paced environment Broad familiarity with technology trends and federal government technology purchasing patterns Proficiency in government sales, capture management, proposal development, leadership, delivery, and other sales and technical documentation production PREFERRED SKILLS:

Existing, trusted relationships in target Federal Civilian agencies Expertise in areas that complement TCG's capabilities Knowledge of PMBoK, Agile CMMI, ISO, and ITIL EDUCATION:

Bachelors preferred though not required

Internal title/grade: Business Development Advisor, Grade 6S Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000

All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.

Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government.
