Salary: $62,400.00 - $99,840.00

Bonus Description: 10,000/4 payments

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients in the Operating Room, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients vital signs and manage perioperative care, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain and manage OR equipment, supplies, and instruments.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide seamless patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
Must-Haves:
- Valid SC Nursing License or ability to obtain.
- At least one year of Operating Room (OR) experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hartsville, SC, or surrounding areas.
This position takes call one night a week and rotating weekend call. A 30-minute response time is required when on call.

Under the guidance of the Director of Surgery, the Surgical Services Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for planning, delegating, and coordinating the nursing care provided to assigned patients through the nursing process. The RN ensures adherence to care standards and assists in managing staff, including LPNs, ORTs/CSTs, Nursing Assistants, and Secretaries, as well as departmental supplies and equipment. The RN collaborates with ancillary departments and the health care team to set and meet patient goals, maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include preparing for surgery, fulfilling the circulating role, and potentially assisting the physician in the scrub role. The RN must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to care for patients across the lifespanneonates, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderlyaccording to their physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs, all while upholding ethical and professional standards.
