RN Medical/Surgical Nurse

We are looking for skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses to join our team in Evansville, IN. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment where you will play a vital role in patient care. This contract role is for three 12-hour shifts per week, providing critical support to our medical-surgical team.

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans while maintaining a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary coordinator across disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders promptly.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with at least 1-3 years of experience in Medical/Surgical care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is mandatory.
• You must provide 2 professional references.
• Eligible to work in the US (US Citizens and Green Card holders only).

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.
• Shift hours are from 18:30 to 07:00.
• Total of 36 hours per week.
