About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and oversee HR on an international scale. The successful candidate will be a thought leader and a valuable resource to executive management, responsible for developing and implementing effective and scalable HR solutions. This role involves ensuring high-level efficiency and effectiveness across all HR functions, managing the global HR team, and providing strategic direction to align HR initiatives with business goals. Key responsibilities include optimizing compensation and benefits structures, overseeing the immigration process and compliance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of employment-related policies and programs. The VP of HR will also be involved in employee relations, learning and development, and DE&I strategy. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and HR certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of HR work experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international, federal, and multi-state employment laws, and a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
