About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to elevate our HR strategies and align them with our business objectives. This pivotal role will involve collaborating with business unit leaders to devise effective HR strategies that foster growth and enhance employee engagement. You will be a trusted advisor on critical HR matters such as performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree. You should have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, ideally within the entertainment industry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of HR functions including compensation, benefits, training, and development, combined with knowledge of California labor law.
We seek a leader with a proven record in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, possessing exceptional business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will also encompass executive coaching, strategic collaboration with senior management on HR initiatives, and serving as a vital liaison between employees and HR functions.
