Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician (Perinatologist) The Company: Our client is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice located in Columbus GA, providing specialized fetal assessments, and consultation for mothers with high-risk pregnancy concerns. The Position : A Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician focuses on the treatment and on-going care of women who have a high risk of problems during pregnancy. Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years at an accredited medical school. * Minimum 4 years of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Completion of a 3-year MFM Fellowship * Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) * Must be credentialed with Georgia Medicaid Responsibilities: * Monday Friday (8am 5pm) * Rounding and On Call Rotation * Manage maternal-fetal complications according to protocol. * Provide appropriate prenatal and postpartum education and management for women with low and high-risk pregnancies. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on high-risk OB patients and function as an essential member of the Perinatology team.
