About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth, with a focus on both strategic and tactical HR responsibilities. This role involves leading the company's efforts in employee recruitment, retention, evaluation, and remediation, with a specific emphasis on hiring top talent, including sales representatives and technology personnel. The VP of HR will also be responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process, managing the new hire screening and onboarding, and ensuring the company's personnel policies, procedures, and compensation plans are in line with best practices and industry standards. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in the context of sales and key roles within growing organizations. The role requires a hands-on leader with at least 10 years of HR experience, ideally in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. The VP of HR will be expected to have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience in payroll administration and system management. Multi-site experience is highly desirable. The role also demands excellent communication skills, the ability to ensure compliance with employment regulations, and a strategic partnership with the executive team to support the company's overall goals.
