Position Overview
Develop and execute business process improvement initiatives, including through working groups, studies, and other methods:
- Establish detailed roadmaps and timelines for process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate discussions and interviews with diverse stakeholder groups
- Collect and consolidate data from enterprise systems, surveys, and other sources. Identify key trends and associated business opportunities and challenges based on data.
- Independently structure ideas that groups have for process improvements. Turn ideas into actionable recommendations for implementation
- Assist with developing and implementing change management roadmaps and activities (such as communications, presentations, interactive games, and more)
Support the client's governance structure, which consists of multiple councils with different focus areas:
- Onboard new council members and provide resources and support
- Manage agendas for multiple recurring meeting series and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate meetings
- Thoroughly document discussions through detailed notetaking and recordings
- Own all knowledge management functions, including maintaining established centralized document repositories to track decisions
Provide general business support services:
- Develop placemats and presentations based on ad hoc data analysis requests
- Support all phases of event and conference planning and execution
- Create web-based surveys to capture workforce input on various initiatives
- Support working groups by creating web-based collaboration spaces
- Conduct research on industry best practices related to governance, innovation, and process improvement
- Provide other forms of business support, as requested
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
