Position Overview
This client-facing role will help a government customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer's Shared Service platform. The role will be responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management. Additionally, this resource will assist in business process reengineering activities including process mapping, decision management, and requirements management. Successful candidate will have proven experience working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Required Skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years recent experience managing projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green belt minimum)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
