Job Title Sales Development Team Manager Job Description The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage's sales team is at the forefront of this growth.
We're seeking SDR leaders to mentor the next generation of Sales Development Representatives. As an SDR Manager, you'll support and develop a team of 7-9 professionals, creating growth opportunities for both them and yourself.
This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Tuesday - Thursday. Key Responsibilities What you'll get:
• Chance to optimize your team to improve outbound lead acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
• You've done the job of the people you'll be guiding...and you did it well (4+ years of B2B telemarketing, sales, development, or sales management experience (preferably in business applications).
• Salesforce.com is a tool you're beyond familiar with.
• You have a history of working well with marketing/account executives.
