Sales Enablement Senior Program Manager

Job Title Sales Enablement Senior Program Manager Job Description The Revenue Enablement Senior Program Manager for Sales Development will be responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness of the SDR organization. The colleague in this role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement. Their responsibilities will include assessing current and ongoing enablement needs, designing and implementing continuous development programs, measuring the impact of the programs against sales goals, and tracking SDR career growth within Sage Intacct. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and support of enablement activities based on departmental strategy, company mission, and current sales priorities
• Independently design, maintain and deliver engaging enablement programs
• Partner with sales leadership to plan and execute enablement strategy that drives measurable, improved sales performance through content, training, and coaching services
• Drive adoption of new skills through coaching, follow-up communications, and measurement
• Partner with Sales Operations and Performance Marketing to drive pipeline development and systems optimization
• Partner with Sales Development managers to implement enablement deliverables
• Facilitate training courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and Sales/Services leaders
• Maintain updated content and courses in Enablement and Marketing platforms
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field OR relative experience
• 7 years of experience in a business or non-profit environment
• 2+ years of SDR/BDR management experience (or 2+ years SDR/BDR experience plus 2 years Revenue Enablement experience), during which successful sales readiness planning, programming, and production output can be confirmed
• Has designed, delivered, and owned enablement for the SDR/BDR role
• Understanding of the mindset and the training and retention concepts that are most successful with the SDR profile
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departments
• Superior communication, presentation, and detail orientation skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Experience using Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Knowledge of SalesHood and Highspot applications
• Some business travel required (up to 25%)
