Job Title Senior SDR Team Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Outbound Sales Development team at Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching Outbound Managers, supporting their SDRs, and driving outbound sales initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of BANT and MEDDICC frameworks, proficiency in crafting impactful statements, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Coach and mentor Outbound Managers to effectively lead and develop their SDR teams in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Ensure the implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and MEDDICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) across the outbound sales teams.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions in collaboration with Outbound Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Outbound Managers, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve their leadership skills and enhance team performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in outbound sales development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Proven track record of driving outbound sales initiatives and achieving sales targets.
• Experience leveraging sales tools and technology to optimize outbound sales processes.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
