About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals, drive profitability, and ensure financial stability. The successful candidate will also be tasked with providing financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, managing all aspects of accounting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the CFO will lead the annual audit process, oversee HR functions, and partner with executive leadership on long-term financial planning and business development. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred. A CPA designation is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in the jewelry manufacturing industry. Key qualifications include a deep understanding of GAAP, audit processes, and internal controls, as well as experience in HR functions such as payroll and benefits administration. The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control to ensure the company's financial health.
