About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enhance our financial operations and steer our overall financial strategy. In this vital role, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support our ambitious business objectives. As CFO, you will provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership, oversee accounting functions, and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.

Your leadership will guide our annual audit process, align HR functions, and collaborate with executive teams on long-term financial planning and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's or MBA being a significant advantage. A CPA designation is preferred.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, particularly within the jewelry manufacturing sector. A strong grasp of GAAP principles, audit processes, and internal controls is essential, alongside familiarity with HR functions such as payroll and benefits management.
