About the Role

The Company is actively seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to elevate our financial operations and contribute to our growth. In this pivotal role, you will steer the financial direction of our organization, developing and executing robust financial strategies to ensure the company’s fiscal health and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities will include leading financial planning and analysis processes, managing all financial operations, and fostering strong relationships with investors and financial stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and an MBA or CPA is highly desirable. Your experience in senior financial leadership roles, especially in manufacturing or agriculture, will be invaluable.

As our CFO, you will provide strategic financial recommendations, support acquisition strategies, and lead a dynamic finance team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all financial processes. You will also play a critical role in risk management, compliance, and overseeing internal controls to protect the company's assets.

To thrive in this role, you should possess a deep knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis, paired with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. A track record of strategic financial planning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience evaluating and integrating acquisitions will give you a competitive edge.
