About the Role

The CFO will also be involved in establishing and supervising financial reporting systems, ensuring compliance with audit procedures, and implementing financial policies. Supervisory duties include overseeing various business operations and support staff. The successful candidate must have the ability to work closely with the Superintendent, possess excellent communication and decision-making skills, and be adept at managing financial aspects of the school district, including labor relations, public construction, and municipal finance. A proactive approach to financial and safety management, as well as a commitment to the educational mission, is essential.
