A deep understanding of financial operations, budget management, and compliance is essential. The CFO will be expected to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and a strategic mindset. A relevant Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree or CPA is preferred. Experience in the PK-12 education sector or a non-profit organization is a plus.
