What we're seeking:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be able to influence cross-functional teams to design innovative consumer products and release new features in Frontier applications. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of a cutting-edge product that will be used every day. Maturity, high judgment, technical skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL location to complete your work responsibilities.
What we need in you:
To be successful in this role you will need strong interpersonal and organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail. Technically, we need a portfolio manager who can work across multiple portfolios and manage large cross functional projects.

What you'll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams on new features from design through delivery in Frontier applications
- Own program management including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with the leadership on status, schedule, risks, and change control
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
- Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
- Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
- Drive content engagement, through partnering with stakeholders and product management. Measure, assess, and iterate constantly to drive greater user benefits.
- Success in this role hinges on having natural curiosity, developing a deep understanding of the product's use case, and balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience working directly with software engineering development teams
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedule
- 2+ years of technical program management experience, managing financials and resources
- 3+ years of experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and managing risks
- 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to make recommendations and drive actions.
- 3+ years of experience working in an agile and/or scrum environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience in building mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Experience in defining UI and UX for mobile and web applications
- Understanding of contributed systems design including IoT devices, backend services, and mobile applications
