Core Duties:

  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to support the development of Pay-for-Performance models and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and business outcomes.
  • Lead the annual review process, providing insights and recommendations on salary adjustments and benefit enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize compensation programs and address employee needs effectively.
  • Oversee administration of salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and program enhancements.
  • Provide guidance on compensation policies and practices to employees and managers.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to pay and benefits offerings.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on compensation programs and changes.
What we're seeking:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • 5+ years of HR/Finance experience with a focus on compensation
  • 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing compensation activities
  • Experience in high-volume environments
  • Retail, hospitality and restaurant industry experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and compensation analysis tools
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting compensation programs to senior leadership
  • Strong emotional intelligence
