Core Duties:
- Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed analyses to support the development of Pay-for-Performance models and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and business outcomes.
- Lead the annual review process, providing insights and recommendations on salary adjustments and benefit enhancements.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize compensation programs and address employee needs effectively.
- Oversee administration of salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and program enhancements.
- Provide guidance on compensation policies and practices to employees and managers.
- Maintain records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to pay and benefits offerings.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on compensation programs and changes.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- 5+ years of HR/Finance experience with a focus on compensation
- 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing compensation activities
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Retail, hospitality and restaurant industry experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Google Suite and compensation analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience presenting compensation programs to senior leadership
- Strong emotional intelligence
