Subaru Shop Dispatcher

Description of the role:

The Subaru Shop Dispatcher at RK Auto is responsible for managing and coordinating all service requests and dispatching technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service requests from Service Consultants and internal staff
• Assign technicians to service calls based on their availability and expertise
• Monitor and track the progress of work orders to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure required materials are available for service jobs
• Communicate with Service Consultants regarding estimated completion times and any delays

Requirements:

• 5 years Dealership experience in service dispatch or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry and basic vehicle operations
