About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Executive Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with GAAP standards. You will spearhead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while managing cash flow forecasting and financial risk. Your expertise will help develop robust internal controls to safeguard our assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with external auditors for annual audits, enhancing financial reporting and operational efficiency through process improvements and system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior financial management, preferably within the construction sector. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential, while a Master’s degree or CPA designation is highly preferred.

In addition to your financial acumen, you will exhibit strong leadership skills, mentoring our finance and accounting team to success. Your ability to provide insightful financial analysis to senior management and your commitment to continuous improvement will be crucial as we drive impactful change within the organization.
