Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing expert guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Employee Development: Coach and mentor leaders and employees, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.
- Change Management: Navigate organizational changes effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
- Compliance: Advise on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize HR processes.
- Labor Relations: Manage union relations, collective bargaining agreements, and grievance procedures.
- Leave Management: Oversee and administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong experience in labor relations, leave management, and change management
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
