We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior PeopleOps Specialist to join our dynamic, high-growth organization. This role will focus on PeopleOps Support, Employee Engagement and Development, and Process Optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging people strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
PeopleOps Support:
- Oversee onboarding processes, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
- Manage HRIS and PEO platforms to streamline operations.
- Administer FMLA and ADA programs with a focus on compliance and employee support.
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate on performance management initiatives and goal-setting frameworks.
- Support professional growth and training programs to align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within PeopleOps workflows.
- Leverage people data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and refine HR processes to scale with the company's growth.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including a generalist or senior-level role.
- Proven experience with:
- HRIS and PEO platforms.
- Multi-state employment law compliance, including California and Nevada regulations.
- Onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and KPI-driven frameworks.
- Exposure to HR operations in high-growth environments and remote workforces.
- Proficiency in leveraging people data for business strategy alignment.
- Experience with tools like TeamTailor, Paychex, Asana, Deel, Rippling, Pinpoint, or Monday.com.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organization and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic environments and taking on challenges.
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
- Bonus: Not applicable
- Location: Hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV (specific on-site days TBD).
- Hours: Standard operating hours (8 AM - 5/6 PM) with flexibility for additional hours or weekends as needed.
