Sr. People Operations Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior PeopleOps Specialist to join our dynamic, high-growth organization. This role will focus on PeopleOps Support, Employee Engagement and Development, and Process Optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging people strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

PeopleOps Support:

  • Oversee onboarding processes, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
  • Manage HRIS and PEO platforms to streamline operations.
  • Administer FMLA and ADA programs with a focus on compliance and employee support.
Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on performance management initiatives and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Support professional growth and training programs to align with business objectives.
Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within PeopleOps workflows.
  • Leverage people data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and refine HR processes to scale with the company's growth.
Qualifications:

Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including a generalist or senior-level role.
  • Proven experience with:
  • HRIS and PEO platforms.
  • Multi-state employment law compliance, including California and Nevada regulations.
  • Onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and KPI-driven frameworks.
  • Exposure to HR operations in high-growth environments and remote workforces.
  • Proficiency in leveraging people data for business strategy alignment.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with tools like TeamTailor, Paychex, Asana, Deel, Rippling, Pinpoint, or Monday.com.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Bonus: Not applicable
Location & Hours:
  • Location: Hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV (specific on-site days TBD).
  • Hours: Standard operating hours (8 AM - 5/6 PM) with flexibility for additional hours or weekends as needed.
