Perform repeated subassembly tasks while receiving training on assembly practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending on a concrete floor.
- Mechanical Assembly - Requires lifting, climbing, pulling ability to install equipment into cabinets and enclosures.
- Cabling - Requires physical ability to bend, route cables per drawing provided.
- Perform the more basic functions to accomplish above tasks.
- Starts assembly with an experienced person as instructor for this position.
- Maintain clean working area
Skills & Experience:
- Previous relevant and/or related job experience
Tools/Equipment:
- Wrenches, screwdrivers, wire cutters, wire strippers, wire crimpers, cable cutters
Physical Requirements:
- Pulling, lifting, climbing, bending, and standing
Work Environment:
- Cuts, back strain
