Senior Finance Manager

DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance to join our team near Torrance, CA. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including tax management and strategy, general ledger accounting, team management, financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning and budget management, internal controls and compliance, operational and staff management, and special projects. Responsibilities:• Oversee all financial aspects of the company including tax management and strategy• Manage the general ledger accounting and team• Prepare financial reports and conduct analysis • Oversee strategic planning and budget management• Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place• Manage operations and staff • Lead and execute special projects• Utilize '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CapEx', 'CRM', 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes', 'Capital Management', 'Cash Flow Analysis', 'Tax Structuring', 'Tax Preparation', 'General Ledger' skills to perform duties efficiently and effectively.Requirements• Must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in a Finance role, preferably as a VP/Director of Finance• Demonstrated proficiency in 3M• Proven experience with Accounting Software Systems• Prior experience with ADP - Financial Services is required• CapEx knowledge and experience is a must• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary• Must have a solid understanding and experience in Accounting Functions• Auditing experience is crucial for this role• Prior involvement in Budget Processes is required• Knowledge and experience in Capital Management is needed• Demonstrated ability in Cash Flow Analysis• Proficiency in Tax Structuring and Tax Preparation is required• Must have an understanding and experience with General Ledger.**For confidential consideration, please apply directly with your resume or call Allysa Bayly at (310) 719-1400.
