By leveraging cutting-edge analytics, these engineers ensure that the services operate efficiently and continue to meet the evolving needs of Apple’s global customer base.DescriptionProject manage the data engineering track for creating and enhancing data pipelines that support the Analytics Engineering space for Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Line of Business Track multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, roadmaps, project plans, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communications, engineering sprint coordination, and risk assessments, both within the team and with multiple project partners Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Production Support, QA, Information Security, Privacy, and other organizations to build and manage products to support Apple Services Engineering data pipelines.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of project management experience requiredProject management experience in a large-scale data engineering environment requiredPreferred QualificationsProgram management in big data engineeringConceptual understanding of big data engineeringData and analytics project management experienceLeadership and gravitas to drive conversations with analytics stakeholdersData analytics experience with business acumen and data comprehension preferredInformation Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferredAbility to deliver high-quality results while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProcess-oriented and detail-oriented approachUnderstanding of agile project management methodologiesStrong facilitation skills to drive a complex, cross-functional, and comprehensive project plan independentlyExceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organizationAptitude and willingness to learn along with proactive attitude and energyPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
