In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and support solutions that enable communication and integration between different systems, applications, and data sources across the organization. This critical role will allow us to get the most out of our technology investments by ensuring our geographically distributed teams have consistent processes, accurate data, and business systems that support the continued growth and success of the Stanley 1913 brand.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and implement integration solutions to connect systems, applications, and data sources.Partner closely with product owners and business leaders to design, implement, and deploy integration solutions.Design and architect middleware solutions, including messaging systems, enterprise service buses (ESBs), API gateways, and integration platform features.Analyze infrastructure components and the various services underpinning the Integration environment, which includes BOOMI servers, Rabbit MQ and HSE integration tables.Work with architects and other senior contributors to ensure alignment with overall system architecture and business requirements.Be responsible for installation, configuration, monitoring, and problem resolution for middleware platforms and tools. Ensure quality assurance practices and strategies are in place to ensure high-quality outcomes.Drive continuous improvement in integration practices, tools, and processes to maintain our world-class standards.Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures. Facilitate knowledge transfer among multi-functional collaborators to ensure smooth handover of integration solutions.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and standard processes in integration engineering. Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies of integration solutions.Provide technical mentorship and support to other engineers.About YouA self-motivated and collaborative problem solver.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another related field.10+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting integration solutions and middleware solutions.3+ years of experience with API design and API management/API gateways.Demonstrated experience with various other enterprise data integration technologies, including Boomi.Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP, SQL, code management, and testing methodologies.Demonstrated experience with enterprise middleware solutions such as Oracle Fusion.Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably Azure.Proven knowledge of database technologies such as RDBMSs - SQL Server, DB2, NoSQL databases.High level of data literacy, including development of canonical models, resource definition, and schema design.Verbal and written communication skills strong enough to distill the above for a non-technical audienceStanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
