Stanley is seeking an experienced leader that can lead and manage day to day activities on the integration platform. You will engage a wide range of partners to drive data-driven decision-making and support our ambitious business growth.You will play a lead role in managing integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data exchange across various internal and external systems and platforms.What You'll DoLead the development and implementation of the organization's integration strategy and roadmap.Provide technical leadership, Lead and inspire integration team, providing vision, direction, and mentorship.Collaborate with senior leadership.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and specifications.Oversee the selection and deployment of integration tools, frameworks, and technologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements in integration solutions.Ensure resolution of integration related issues in a timely manner.Supervise all EDI/integration services from and to various trading partners as well as internal systems.Ensure uptime on all internal and external partner integrations, develop monitoring toolkit for continuous monitoring, prioritizing, and tracking of issues to meet agreed upon SLAs.Develop policies, procedures and technical standards for design, development, SOP processes for onboarding/offboarding resources, maintenance etc.,About YouCommunicator. Experience working with technical and non-technical teams to solve system-related needs.Organized. Ability to manage multiple workstreams timely and efficiently.Proactive. Ability to take a system-level viewpoint of workflows and identify risks or potential issues before they become a reality.Analytical. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Collaborator. Experience working with and managing processes on diverse technologies and skillsets.Education and Experience12+ years of technical experience in leading integration initiatives.In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or others relevant to integration.Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services / Strong experience in Azure Logic Apps and/or Dell Boomi.Experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, middleware)Proven ability to design and implement scalable and high-performance integration solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
