You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team of data professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and support our ambitious business growth.What You Will DoLeadership & StrategyLead and inspire a team of data engineers, providing vision, direction, and mentorship.Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-centric decision-making and ensure the successful implementation of our data initiatives.Data Infrastructure & ManagementTake charge of all aspects of the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure on Azure.Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data processes, enabling us to compete at a world-class level.Implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support our analytics and reporting needs, allowing us to determine actionable insights.Analytics & ReportingLead the development of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and machine learning, to provide us with a competitive edge.Develop and manage detailed dashboards and reports that monitor important metrics, empowering us to make informed choices based on data.Deliver actionable insights to improve customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and drive exceptional business performance.Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate closely with multi-functional teams such as IT, marketing, sales, and finance to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.Communicate research findings and recommendations to individuals at all levels, including top management, to promote a culture that values data-driven decision-making.Encourage the adoption of effective methods and data literacy throughout the organization, ensuring that all employees possess the essential skills to thrive in a data-focused setting.Experience and EducationEquivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued. A master's degree or Ph.D., or equivalent experience, is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in enterprise data engineering and analytics, with at least 5 years leading data engineers, building data platforms and pipelines.Extensive experience in managing and scaling data platform teams to achieve exceptional results.Strong background in e-commerce analytics, including customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and inventory optimization.Proficiency in Azure and tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully implement multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in business contexts.Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and effective approaches to data security.Salary Range$170,000-$190,000Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
