We are currently looking to hire a remote HR Generalist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, WA!

Candidates located in the greater Seattle area will be required to work a hybrid schedule (2 days/week) from our Corporate Headquarters in Kirkland, WA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Resources Generalist will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including employee onboarding, relations and supporting company training, compliance and practices for domestic and international employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS
  • Manage compliance for regulatory and legal requirements and requests
  • Manage and support the employee on and off-boarding experience including check-ins
  • Research, create and implement policies, handbook and other email communication for Domestic and International employees
  • Create, maintain and analyze job descriptions; support the compensation analysis process
  • Manage employee relations and ensure policies comply with government regulations
  • Cross-functionally work and support Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Embedded Program teams
  • Support managers and create performance management plans, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development planning
  • Coordinate and manage employee training programs
  • Analyze and improve team processes to ensure technology is optimized
  • Research, create and implement various HR related projects and employee initiatives
  • Act as back-up to the Benefits Administrator and Payroll Manager roles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated ability in Human Resources, Recruiting or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience including employee onboarding
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly master new software applications as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with various levels of management and people from all backgrounds and experience levels
  • A keen interest in learning, willingness to take on any task with a can-do attitude, and be able to execute deadlines
  • This position requires up to 5% travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PHR or SHRM certification
  • Experience within Greenhouse, UKG
  • Prior experience with International labor laws, onboarding and/or employee relations

Seattle, Washington Pay Range

$75,000-$90,000 USD
