Endocrinology NP or PA - Outpatient

A network of outpatient practices in New York is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Endocrinology team in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Office is open 8-6 or 8-5, closed on the weekends
• Specialty: Endocrinology
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

The Endocrinology NP or PA will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments and perform thorough physician examinations focused on endocrine and hormonal health
• Monitor patient progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries, or other medical events
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education
• Perform outpatient procedures as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an outpatient or physician practice setting
• NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or Physician Assistant
• Experience with endocrine disorders, including but not limited to thyroid disorders and diabetes.
