Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Case Coordinators and Operations Managers. This role involves managing data entry, performing conflict checks, maintaining up-to-date records in a case management systems, and preparing various client documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Expert Case to manage case entries and run daily conflict of interest checks.
  • Complete and maintain time sheets and expense reports using CMS and Expense Point.
  • Transcribe VI and SI notes with precision.
  • Prepare client documents, including case acceptance letters and report shells.
  • Assist consultants by updating CVs and testifying histories.
  • Prepare deposition erratas and expense reports weekly.
  • Serve as front desk receptionist on a rotational basis with other administrative assistants.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of administrative experience, preferably in the legal industry (personal injury, product liability, or medical malpractice).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with CMS and Expense Point systems is a plus.
